To celebrate our victory at the very first Altiris User Group Challenge, the next Twin Cities User Group meeting will be held at the Metrodome! Come share and learn some new things and then enjoy a fun afternoon at the ballpark where the Twins will take on the Kansas City Royals. Lunch will be served.

We are in the beginning stages of implementing the Altiris Helpdesk into our environment and I was looking for any and all help that we can get so we have the best chances of getting it right. I was wondering if anyone had any information on any of the following:
