Altiris South Carolina User Group

Join us for the next Altiris South Carolina User Group meeting on Tuesday, June 17 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Burkett, Burkett, and Burkett. The meeting will include a demo of SVS by Chris Taylor from Burkett and and a deep dive into Altiris Workflow Solution by Symantec Systems Engineering Specialist, Shawn Turnbow. Lunch will be served.

Helpdesk remove duplicate worker accounts

Just went live with Helpdesk on Monday and already I need to remove a couple of workers who added themselves after I had already added them. Now they have two accounts and need one removed.
