Biography: I have extensive end-user technical support experience beginning back in September 1995 and continuing to present day. My knowledge includes extensive Microsoft operating system troubleshooting experience up to analyzing performance related issues and recommending system improvements. I do not presently possess any operating system or computer networking certifications, but my heavy experience with installing, presenting, training and troubleshooting computer and network related issues has repeatedly demonstrated its worth to my employers, family and friends. My combined book and hands-on knowledge of alternative desktop operating systems such as Apple Computer’s Mac OS X ™, various “flavors” of Linux and several minicomputer and mainframe operating systems may also be of use to perspective employers.
