Video Workshop: Intel vPro Activation
Updated to include downloadable, iPod-ready versions of each video.
Getting Intel vPro "activated" within an Altiris environment is relatively simple. Take a look at the six videos linked below.
Each video contains up to 10 minutes of content with the summaries provided below. The compilation is based on experiences and learnings from customer workshops, training events, and more.
This collection of videos is targeted to those that are new to Intel vPro in an Altiris environment, are looking for a short demonstration on how to implement, and so forth. For the Altiris Juice audience, the videos were created with the assumption that the Altiris environment is already setup and ready. If this is not the case - the following modules need to be installed on the Altiris Notification Server
- Real-Time Console Infrastructure (RTCI)
- Real-Time Systems Management (RTSM)
- Out of Band Management (OOBM)
- Out of Band Setup and Configuration (OOBSC)
Licensing for the above packages are included in the following suites:
- Altiris Manageability Toolkit for Intel vPro Process Technology
- Altiris Client Management Suite (CMS)Level 2
- Altiris Asset Management Suite (ASM)
- Altiris Total Management Suite (TSM)

Some of the common YouTube users are JoshProStar, IntelNick, KelseyWitherow, and vProExpert
Interested to know if this community finds this type\medium of content helpful, has preferences\requests, and so forth. What if an offline version were available - say via iTunes\iPod. Small, portable, etc.
Thoughts?
