The World's Greatest SVS Demo
Eric Szewczyk does an excellent job demonstrating the features of SVS in this short (15 minute) video.
Among other things, Eric shows users how to package a file, how to use the command-line interface and Trinket. He even touches on how SVS works in the big picture with other Altiris technologies like Notification Server and Software Delivery Solution.
Two big thumbs up from the Juice team!
Editor's Note: This demo shows the technical side of SVS. For a look at potential applications of SVS including application provisioning and deprovisioning, be sure to see the Multimedia Demo.

Been waiting for something like this.
I have been telling my team about SVS for some time now and this video allowed for a more in depth view into the world of SVS. Just wanted to say thanks.

Nice video, really useful for all people interested in SVS.
Used for Mgmt decision
Hey, I used that video for a meeting to demonstrate to my management staff how useful SVS is & that's it. Our Training Center will switch to SVS as of January 2007.

Translations
Erik, I suggest that the way to do this is to submit your translation to the Juice and let us host it here. Then you're always welcome to link away!
SVS Demo
Scott, you're completely right at this one, but the technology used on the svs4u website is difficult to set up playing movies on other sites.
When the movie is on YouTube, it is easy.
Regards
Erik

Good information on SVS .
Data management.
Eric,
Nice demo!
Any plans for a demo with best practice on data management of files? ie. How to keep you data safe when you reset an app?

RE: Data management
BK,
Great idea.. no immediate plans to create a follow-up video covering this level of detail with SVS, however that's not to say we won't cover it in the future. Thanks for your participation with the Juice site!
