Color Code Comments in an Incident Made by a Guest
I came across an interesting little modification that I thought I would share. Perhaps some might find this useful.
I discovered a way to color code the comments made by Guest users in incidents.
You create an incident rule it would look something like this:
When actually entering the properties for the comment color, it will look like this:
Of course you can use whatever color you choose.
When the incident posts to the Helpdesk, the result of the comment looks like this:
This could be useful where the Guest makes additional comments into the incident and they would stand out from the worker comments.
Just something I thought was rather neat.
