SVS Dependency Setter Updated

This is an updated version of the SVS Dependency Setter download written in .Net originally submitted by Wm Jesse Foster

This fixes several bugs to do with Null-References as well as adds a few features:

• RetrieveLayers() - fixed 2 Null Reference bugs and sorted layers list
• btnSet_Click() - Message box removed due to previous dependencies being shown
• cbDependent_SelectedIndexChanged() - Loads the list of previous dependencies
• fslMagicNumber() - Fixed Null Reference bug
• fslNametoGUID() - Fixed Null Reference bug
• fslGUIDtoName() - Fixed Null Reference bug

SVS Dependency Setter (SVSDS) gives you a GUI interface for setting registry keys to work with SVSDA. SVSDA does the registry manipulation for you once you select the layer you want to work with and add the critical and normal required layers, and click "Set Dependency".
