Some time ago I saw a video that explains in depth how the internet works. This animation uses simple steps to explain terms like TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP and more of your favorite acronyms.

Your subject is good to understand IP and so on.
What I do not understand is why it classified under "Helpdesk" ?

Like everybody i also make mistakes, and this is a good example.
The movie is not only interesting for It'ers, but probably for everybody who is using the internet.
Just a mistake although.

All about Criticism

Fabrice,

Tha Juice is all about criticism. That's teh way to learn from all the articles.
And we all make mistakes. A lot of articles contain typo's in command lines and get corrected.
a lot of people like you and me are using English as a second or even third language.
So no worry and contain pointing me and others on these little mistakes.

I remember this video from when I was doing phone support about 6 years ago, and had forgotten the name of it.

I think its probably the best video that explains it and entertains at the same time without the message getting completely lost

That is a very nice video. It is informataive in simple language and even entertains.

But they forgot to mention how Al Gore invented the Internet..... LOL
