Unknown Windows

I keep getting Unknown Windows in the OS Name for some physical PCs and some VM machines. how do I get ride of them? have tried reinstalling the NS agent but they keep coming back? Please help?

Verify on the computer reporting this incorrect information the value in 'HKLM->Software->Microsoft->Windows NT->Current Version as this is the place where Basic Inventory looks for the Operating System version.

Check the value there for the product name on the computers in question and correct if necessary.
