Install Jobs not displaying status during install

I'm fairly new on the Altiris product, but have been through rollouts of Office 2007 and IE7 already... Through both of those installs, no matter what setting I use on the package "Programs" tab, the install window will not display...

I've used Normal and Maximized and have verified that the install package i'm using is not using any silent or passive switches, yet when the install kicks off at my scheduled time, it still runs hidden....

Starting to cause me some headaches as i have users activley using software that i'm trying to upgrade (24/7 shop) and dont' know to shut their software down because the install/upgrade windows are hidden...

Any ideas??
