How can I configure a TimeOut in the Helpdesk console?
I know that the licenses are released ten minutes after the browsers are closed, but if the worker keep that browser opened and forget it?





Editing incidents
As near as I can tell it's also only when people are actively editing incidents. I'm not sure you'll want to time people out for that.
That could lead to some frustrated people :)

This is true. The only time a license is being consumed is when a worker is in edit mode. Viewing incidents does not take away a license.
Auto-exiting viewing mode?
that's fine for the licensing view. but, I don't want the worker to stay in the viewing mode for more that 30-45 min... unless he's in the editing mode, he's working. Is it possible?

Well then yes it's possible to do it for viewing if you want. You'll just need to use HTML to redirect the user after whatever timeout you want to another page.
