XML Form Editing

Hi There,

I'm creating a new form for users to fill out in xml format and then uploading into Altiris.

I want to know how I can have more the 1 checkbox in the same line (row), I have no issue setting this up with radiobuttons however have tried a couple of things and unable to work out how to do this for checkboxes.
