Report - List incidents by Assigned Group

Hi all,

Just curious as to whether anyone knows a solution for me. I want to run a report that will list all incidents (open and/or closed) by assigned group, rather than worker, for a specified period.

Any ideas or hints?

I am assuming that you mean the Queue that you have setup and individual workers assigned too?

I do it using Crystal Reports and just Cross Reference the Worker table with the Queue_ID field linking the Name Field between the Worker Table and the workitem_current_view.

If there is a way to do it directly in Altiris I am not sure.

Yep, that's correct - all I need though is the queue and the jobs in it, not necessarily the workers it is assigned to.

Thanks for the info - though I'm totally useless in Crystal Reports... ;)
