A setting for IE, changes on a destination PC(b) from PCT, but the PCT itself has the correct settings.

Scenario:
A setting for IE, changes on a destination PC(b) from PCT, but the PCT itself has the correct settings.

Background:
Here is the issue that has been presented to me. A PCT capture has been done on a PC(a). The PCT is setup to capture "MS Internet Explorer 6" settings. Upon looking at the PCT through the PC Transplant Package Editor. The Internet Setting for IE6 has captured the key "EnableAutodial" and is set to "0". When the PCT is restored to a different PC(b), the key changes to "1".

Here are a few interesting points. I logged myself on the destination PC(b) to create a profile before I ran the restore. The key starts off as a "0" on the destination PC(b). Once the PCT was restored on the PC(b), the value changed on my profile. My profile wasn't apart of the PCT. Every new profile created on PC(b) has that key now.

Questions I have:

The settings are not found in any of the visible registry hives. What other data is captured that is not visible in the PC Transplant Package Editor tool. I believe the change may be coming over a NTUSER.dat.
