Dell Client Manager Standard - Real Time Console

Hello,
I posted this message on a few forums, but I still dont have answer:

Lately I installed DCM. The system works correctly. It detects computers in the network. Installs the agent Altiris and the agent DCM. Correctly recognizes the type of devices, ServiceTAGs and others.

Most important is for me the access to the computer by the Real-Time Console.

I added in Manage Credentials Profiles the additional profile. In the configuration of WMI service I introduced the user: administrator; password: such what has the local administrator in the computer. Then I start Real-Time Console, I choose the lately added profile and I receive:

Can't establish connection.
Provided credentials are not valid.

Where is the problem? Why I cannot connect?
