WiseScriptEditor - disable Include Tabs?

Product in use:
Wise Package Studio 7.0 SP3
Feature:
WiseScript Package Editor

We're setting up a pretty complex wrapper template and I'm finding that unchecking the box labeled "Show Tabs for Wise Include Scripts" does not work. Is there a fix for this? We want to avoid the possibility of developers modifying the template includes on accident and this feature would help considerably if we can get it to work.

Any other tips on keeping the template includes from being opened in tabs would be much appreciated!
