I'm new and trying to write a report for management

I'm new and I'm trying to write a recurring report for management that shows/provides count of incidents BY WORKER opened, closed, overdue, and reassigned (by assigned, not owner) for the previous month. I wish it to run automatically and then emailed to the managers. Is this do-able? Trying to show how many times an incident has been reassigned may not be do-able. Has anyone done anything like this already? Or anything close?

I have created a report that reported the total number of incidents open and closed for the past month. I am not sure where to find the count for the number each incident has been reassigned. After you create the report you would need to create a notifcation policy ,select the report you want to e-mail out, then add either a report automated action or e-mail automated action to the new notification policy that is created.
