policy downgrading OMCI agent

Greetings - I am running the Altiris Console v.6.0.6074 (SP3 + R8), I have the "Dell Client BIOS Inventory Policy" enabled. We have the 7.6 OMCI agent installed on our image, and the policy is downgrading the OMCI agent to 7.5. Is there a written solution as to how to configure the policy to push out a newer version of the agent, and add this newer version to the "Applies to collections" options? Thanks.
