Scheduled Task didn't run

I have set a scheduled task to run on a weekly basis and this past week for some reason it didn't run, instead it just jumped to next week's date.
Has anybody witnessed this type of behavior before in Altiris? Are there any fixes available?
I am currently using NS 6.0.6074 SP3 R7.
