Contract Management Senario

I'm going to try and describe what I am trying to accomplish as best I can. For our maintenance agreements we can have multiple people that can order the same product. However, the actual owner of the product would be 1 person. For example:

Manager

Supervisor A buys 1 "Cisco maintenance agreement" expires 1-1-09

Supervisor B buys 1 "Cisco maintenance agreement" expires 2-2-09

Supervisor C buys 1 "Cisco maintenance agreement" expires 3-3-09

Even though they are for different servers the actual owner/person responsible for these contracts would be the Manager. Also they all expire on different dates.

From a Maintenance Agreement standpoint, I am trying to figure out a way to have the 3 different contracts notify the Manager when these are going to expire. Is this possible and if so how would you set these contracts up in Altiris. Please let me know, or call me if you have any question I would appreciate any help on this you can provide.
