Concurrent License Tracking?

Hello,
Still trying to figure out Altiris' Software License tracking and having trouble creating concurrent Win32 licenses. The summary tab will show that we are in negative compliance due to having 20 unique installs and only 10 concurrent licenses, even though only 3 counts of usage are shown. I’m not sure if the concurrent licenses are even supposed to be associated with the usage count or not, but if not, what I’m wondering is:

Why the concurrent licenses are hinged on the installs instead of tracking the "licenses in use", and is there even a way that we are able to track concurrent licenses through Altiris?
