"Close this incident" link for winuser

HI,

I'm trying to create a "close this incident" link for winuser's so that they can close off an incident themselves after we've marked them as resolved.

The link is visible in the winuser console when they view their incident but when clicked it comes up with the error below. Do you know what this is? Considering it appears to be a fairly straight forward task to create I’m assuming there is an obvious trick here I’m not getting. I've tried this about a dozen different ways and nothing seems to work. I've searched the KB and Juice for examples and found nothing. Has anyone does this already?
