Helpdesk Incident Task

I have a request for someone with scripting experience with helpdesk tasks and NS task server scripts.

I'm trying to create an incident task that can be invoked from the incidents view screen.

The incident task will call a task server task to modify setting in the registry of the asset assigned to the incident.

The incident task would have to pass the username of the contact and the netbois name of the asset assigned to the incident.

The task server task would then modify the registry on the computer.

There's many possibilities to use this type of task in helpdesk but the task I'm trying to create would change the registry key that show the default user in Winlogon.
