Barcode 6.7 upload profiles

Question: We have upgraded from Barcode 6.6 to 6.7. All of the application enhancements work and are amazing. Our asset team loves us! However, the only user with permissions to upload is the Altiris Administrator (our service account user).
We have uninstalled on the asset worker's workstation the barcode manager and active sync rebooted and reinstalled everything. We have tested on other users, etc. So far nothing. We have even removed the end users profile and started fresh from that perspective as well.
Has anyone else had this problem?

First off I would recommend
First off I would recommend taking a look over my new article, Upgrading Barcode Solution: Solutions to Common Problems.
If you can't find your answer there, try searching the official documentation available at http://www.altiris.com/upload/barcodesolution_004.pdf
If you still need help, let me know and I'll look into some more resources.

Check your role
Whoever has the role of Barcode Manager should be able to approve changes for uplaods and the Barcode User should be able to upload. Check who is in what role

Login on handheld
I am having a simliar issue where the scanning device is prompting for the domain username and password and not excepting it for any users, even ones who are part of the Altiris Administrator group.
Corrected the Issue -- FINALLY
So after I included one of our End User Technology Engineers and after he re-created the end users MULTIPLE times...it worked!
Good luck on this one. There was no rhyme or reason other than the user profile as to why this was occurring.

Security
Did you modify/add permissions to the specific profile, while you were troubleshooting your issue?
permissions not changed
We did not modify the permissions at all. It had to do with the old barcode manager being on the workstation and the profile that was trying to login.

Device Login Fails
This is turning into a pain, I contacted our AE and he released the following Article on Altiris' Knowledgebase for us (Article ID: 41879). However, still no luck. This started happening once we upgraded to BarCode Solution 6.7. The login fails on all our devices (MC50, MC70, and MC9090-G).
Update
The resolutions for me to get the Device to authenticate and sync for the first time was:
1. When the device is connected to your host machine via USB cradle and all applications are loaded, pull up IE on the scanning device and put in the address bar "http://localhost/altiris/ns/postevent.asp". Two reminders, one is replace local host with your NS name and second if you connect successfully it will display "No Data" on the page.
2. Next I typed in the following:
"http://localhost/altiris/ns/console.aspx” It prompted me for a username, password, and domain. Even though I typed in my info and I got the message "IE doesn't support this page". I was able to go back to the Barcode Manager and was able to login in successfully... This took lots and lots of trial and error to come up with this.
