Altiris - Customer Service Surveys.

Im looking into having Altiris send out Customer Service Surveys. What is the industry Standard in Percent of incidents to send out a survey? 5% or one every 20 incidents? ECT. I was looking all over the net for this.

I don't know exactly but if you look on Wikipedia you can find some statistics on the response rates of statistical surveys. Here, check this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statistical_survey.

In my company, for every help desk case, once the case is closed, these guys sends out an automated email survey form by name of feed back. I work for the company, where the employees are located in almost all parts of the world
