Add a second Contact_Name dropdown list for new Incidents

I'm trying to add another field on the new incidents page that would allow me to select another contact from a dropdown list. My contacts are imported from AD. If contact #2 is the same as contact #1 then I need to make both fields the same? I'm not great with customizations so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
