I found the below article: http://www.symantec.com/community/article/917/repo...
which shows how to grab SQL server licensing and versioning; but I still can't find anyone talking about finding other application's licensing like Exchange or Sharepoint. Does anyone here can give me some ideas?

Have you tried Inventory Solution?
Take a look at the following tip:

According to this Microsoft KB
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294841/en-us
Sharepoint should be captured by default.
Exchange looks to be more difficult as the only method I could find is a manual one:

Yes, I did. But the problem
Yes, I did. But the problem is how can I have a report that can show the versions of the application? I have created a report but the Exchange version will be displayed as the Windows server version. For example the Windows 2003 is standard version, Exchange 2003 is enterprise version; the report will show the Exchange is also standard version.
