remote contol a Macintosh through NS

I am trying to remote control a Macintosh Computer from NS 6.0.6074 sp3

when i am trying to control the machine i am getting an error The Java plug in is not installed on this machine

Can anyone help?

I was looking into this more and I've been able to confirm that Altiris doesn't provide native remote control option for Macintosh products with Notification Server 6.x

Altiris Carbon Copy Solution 6.2 allows VNC connections and so if you setup a VNC client on the Macintosh, Carbon Copy will be able to provide limited remote control capability to the machine.

Native remote Control of Macintosh computers will come as part of NS 7 through Symantec PC Anywhere.

What exactly is needed for Carbon Copy 6.2 to work with VNC? I have confirmed that VNC server is running on Macintosh (can connect from VNC viewer), but I can't connect to it from NS Carbon Copy webpage. Apparently it doesn't start any java applet it should.

Documentation says that you need "java VNC viewer that is published". What does that mean in plain english?
