Fast Creating Images, Slow Deploying them

I have Deplyment server 6.8. I am using a Linux boot cd and rapiddeploy to create and deploy images. When I create a windows Xp image it only take about 6 minutes. When I try to deploy it to 1 machine it take about 8 hours. What am I doing wrong and what can I check to get this to work proberly. Thank you
