Altiris Helpdesk Customization

We are new to Altiris Helpdesk and I have been asked to add the contact's department to the incident properties when both editing and creating an incident. We pull all this information from Active Directory, can someone help me get this information in the incident page?

If you look at chapter 18 of the Helpdesk Solution product guide, the field for that is called "contact_department". There are lots of helpdesk customization articles on the Juice. This one http://juice.altiris.com/article/3097/customizing-... focuses on the winuser console, but you could look at the examples and apply what you want to the worker console. Make sure to follow the guidelines for making customizations as outlined in the product guide. I would recommend doing this on a test server while you get the hang of customizing the console pages. You will basically make copies of the view and edit pages of the worker console and customize them by adding the field you want into the code of those pages.
