"Waiting to retry download" in Altiris Client

Help would be great!
In the status column I get "Waiting to retry download". The logs say that the server has too many requests. I don't think we do. I could be wrong.
When I look at the Download History tab the source location is blank.
On packages that are already installed, the Source location is good.

Try adjusting the
Not sure what service pack of NS you are running, but have you taken a look at your MaxConcurrentConfigRequests entry in the coresettings.config file on the NS server?
If this is any value less than 50, try changing it to 50 and see if that helps.
There is also a registry key option called
MaxConcurrentPackageInfoRequests that can be adjusted up from 10.
I would recommend staying at 50 or below for both of these values
