Looking for some help re. publishing Apps via the software portal. We have I.T. Users who are trying to publish apps via the portal. But as soon as they click on the modify button to set up the security they get a "access denied" page coming up... where do we set up these access rights so I.T. users can present the apps on the portal?? Must be easy but it's got me stumped...Any help would be appreciated. |

The permissions for the
The permissions for the user to modify the permissions on objects is set based on what security role the user is in and what permissions that security role has over the specific object (e.g, a resource, task, report). You would have to look at what rights are being inhertied on the specific software package from the parent items and make sure the right security roles are setup there.
