Is there a limit to how many clients can connect to one Recovery Solution server. We have 400 clients connecting to a very robust server (2 x quad core procs, 8GB RAM) and we're maxing out the server memory.

Are there any set limits on your server? If not, then please take a look at this document:

It shows all the features included with the Altiris Recovery Solution 6.2. Also, all the known issues and errors. Hope this helps with your problem.
