Attached is an export file with some cool new vPro tasks for Helpdesk. These tasks will invoke RTSM for a vPro-enabled machine. Just stage the XML file in a folder of your choice and import the tasks by selecting Admin/Import Admin Data.

New Categories:

Security
Security/Intrusion Detected
Security/Broadcasting Virus

Corresponding Task that will be enabled for these categories:
'Run vPro Network Filtering'

Break-Fix/Software/Operating System (this root already exists in Helpdesk)
Break-Fix/Software/Operating System/Can't Boot
Break-Fix/Software/Operating System/System Hang

Corresponding Task that will be enabled for these categories:
'Run vPro Power Management'
