ThinkVantage Technologies Integration

By downloading the sample files above and following the included readme1st.txt file, administrators can centrally manage Lenovo ThinkVantage capabilities through the Altiris Console. The example integration will allow you to do simple but powerful time-saving tasks. This section provides an overview of the two different approaches used in the example integration provided in the Lenovo Task Pack. Using these approaches the reader can augment tasks and capabilities provided in the task pack.

The examples below are organized into two sections:

1. Command-line calls through scripts that use Altiris Task Server
2. Software Delivery functions that use Altiris Software Delivery Solution
